WWF Madagascar Country Office is looking for a “Finance & Administration Manager” – open-ended contract
Location: Antananarivo
Major Function
The Finance & Administration Manager reports directly to the Country Director, is a member of the senior management team and will have the following functions:

Ensure that an appropriate financial sustainability strategy is implemented to support MDCO’s development as a strong Country Office;
-
Ensure high quality financial management and accountability consistent with WWF Policies, local regulations and donor requirements.
-
Ensure the development and implementation of adequate system, processes /procedures and tools in the MDCO to support program delivery in accordance with standards, policies, laws and regulations.
-
Support the strategic development of MDCO.
-
Ensure compliance with local and international laws and WWF principles.
-
Ensure management of IT, Logistics and Procurement.
-
Ensure line management of staff of Finance & Administration unit.
What you need
Required Qualifications
-
Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance Management or equivalent,
-
7 years of similar professional experience, with 5 years at a managerial position;
-
Demonstrated skills in developing, managing, and evaluating financial and administrative plans and policies;
-
Experience working with government and international donors;
-
A thorough knowledge of, and dexterity with, accounting software;
-
Experience working with international organizations involved in environmental and/or community issues would be an
advantage.

Excellent communication oral and written skills in Malagasy, French and English.
